Virginia Tech's Graduate School waives the $90 application fee for all military veterans.

Virginia Tech is a community with a long military history and is one of only six schools in the nation classified as a Senior Military College. The University established the Office of Veterans Services in May 2012 to serve as a first point of contact for our military veteran and dependent students.

As a top 15% military friendly university (Victory Media, 2013), we value the experience, dedication and discipline military officers and veterans bring to the classroom.

For those receiving Post-9/11 Education Benefits, please note the GI Bill benefit will not cover fees for computer technology, lodging, meals, and travel. The Post 9/11 monthly allowance may be used to cover these fees.
